Kingsland

This modern apartment, designed by SGA, has open space and interesting textures with concrete, timber and whitewashed ply linings. A rainscreen facade enabled us to “dress” the building over the primary cladding. The windows slide behind the rain screen when open, giving space and airflow in this urban dwelling.

The Insitu concrete and timber stairwell plays with light and volume.
