Working with SGA, this multi-award winning space demanded the detailing the practice is renown for as well as some of their favourite materials such as birch plywood. Just some challenges for Crate were the Trespa Rainscreen, mechanised shugg windows and an intricate steel, and the ply and glass stairwell screen. The building was nominated for a craftsmanship award. 

Building features: Precast concrete panels, Trespa rain screen over cladding, large architectural window suites, prefabricated and mechanized shugg windows, birch ply linings, detailed visual steel structures, over wall sliders.
