The Process

The Process

Step 1
We review your architectural plans and provide an initial cost estimate and timeline.
Step 2
We operate as the head contractor to project manage the build and ensure quality, cost and timeliness.
Step 3
A site foreman and business director ensure deadlines are met and work is of a high standard.

Step 1

Crate works with your architect or draftsman at the beginning of the process before plans are drawn up, so we can help you achieve everything you want, within your budget. We advise the best materials and processes and input to the plans to help make your project a success. We provide an initial estimate from the first plans, and a full detailed quote once plans are finalised. Upon approval, we order materials and book suppliers and contractors.

Step 2

We operate as the head contractor using a broad range of suppliers. We manage the project and suppliers from start to finish so you receive one invoice and none of the hassle of finding the right people and materials. This guarantees quality workmanship and adherence to Crate's high standards. However, we are happy to work with your preferred suppliers and materials if this is what you desire.

Step 3

You'll be assigned a site foreman and one of the Directors of Crate will be there every step of the way. Crate has a team of highly skilled builders to ensure deadlines are met and work is to a very high standard.
